We use only the best equipment and products on the market. Our process of cleaning is called "Hot Water Extraction", better known as Steam Cleaning. We have a powerful truck-mounted hot water extractor which will produce 230 degree water that will not only clean the dirty carpet and tile, but SANITIZE IT TOO!!
Most carpet cleaners just use the old manual scrub wand method because it has been around for over 40 years. Using a manual wand requires a great deal of physical labor and only cleans from two directions, often producing only mediocre results.
The tool we use for carpet cleaning is called a Rotovac. It is a powerful and expensive machine that uses dual rotary action to agitate the carpet and simultaneously delivering hot water as well as vacuuming it back out. It is a high-end tool that eliminates the possibility of over-wetting due to operator error. Many companies that are blessed to have this machine will charge extra to use it. I DO NOT!! It is used on every single job without charging a dime extra to the customer.
